The corporate training arm of a well-known Melbourne University were reshaping and redesigning their leadership team and wanting to take this group to the next level – High Performance. Soulved developed and delivered the High Performing Teams program over 6 months.
Largest People Change Ever
One of Australia's biggest banks undertook the largest Business Team People Change in their history. Soulved was one of the lead facilitators for the change program nationally, and delivered over 40 different workshops across Australia. The average net promoter score for the facilitation workshops was over 95 and Soulved received feedback and congratulations from senior bank leaders.

The Australian energy market regulator has partnered with NOUS to rebuild their multi-tiered leadership program. Soulved is the lead facilitator for the Business Leaders program (Senior leaders) and the second facilitator for their Frontline Leader program.
